  3. 1. ORDERS

  4. 1.1 Responsibility for Suitability

  5. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all goods ordered are suitable for their intended purpose and vehicle application.
  6. 1.2 Order Accuracy

  7. All Diesel Parts Pty Ltd is not liable for incorrectly supplied parts unless the customer provides complete and accurate vehicle details at the time of ordering, including:

    • Engine number

    • Chassis/VIN number

  8. Failure to provide this information may result in incorrect parts being supplied, for which All Diesel Parts Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility.

    2. ACCEPTABLE METHODS OF PAYMENT

    We accept the following payment methods:

    • Cash

    • Mastercard

    • Visa

    • American Express (surcharge may apply)

    • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

    • Company Cheques (approved account holders only)

  9. Goods will not be released until payment has been received in full unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    3. DELIVERY OF GOODS AND LIABILITY

    3.1 Delivery Timeframes

    Any delivery dates or times provided are estimates only. All Diesel Parts Pty Ltd is not liable for delays in delivery and may extend delivery times where necessary.

    3.2 Order Cancellation

    All Diesel Parts Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion. If an order is cancelled by All Diesel Parts Pty Ltd, any monies paid will be refunded in full.

    3.3 Risk of Loss or Damage

    Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon dispatch. Goods travel at the customer’s risk unless insurance is arranged at the time of ordering.

    3.4 Claims for Damage or Loss

    • Visible damage or loss must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt at the time of delivery.

    • Claims must be lodged with the carrier or insurer within 48 hours of delivery.

    • All Diesel Parts Pty Ltd must also be notified within 48 hours.

  10. Failure to comply may void any claim.

    4. RETURN OF GOODS

    All returns require prior approval and a Return Authorisation (RA) number.

    4.1 General Return Conditions

    • Goods must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

    • Goods must be in original condition and packaging.

    • A copy of the original invoice must accompany the return.

    • A written reason for return must be provided.

    • Freight costs are the purchaser’s responsibility unless the goods were incorrectly supplied.

  11. 4.2 Restocking Fee

    All approved returns are subject to a 20% handling/restocking fee, except where All Diesel Parts Pty Ltd has supplied incorrect goods.

    4.3 Non-Returnable Goods

    The following goods are not eligible for return or credit:

    • Fitted goods

    • Painted goods

    • Damaged goods

    • Electrical items

    • Specially ordered parts

  12. 4.4 Freight for Returns

    • Customers must not return goods using the original courier unless authorised.

    • All returns must use the courier nominated by All Diesel Parts Pty Ltd unless otherwise approved.

    • Failure to comply will result in the customer being liable for all freight charges.

    • Customers may use their own courier at their own expense, provided an RA number has been issued.

  13. 5. OWNERSHIP AND SECURITY INTEREST

    5.1 Retention of Title

    Ownership of all goods remains with All Diesel Parts Pty Ltd until full payment of all amounts owing has been received.

    The customer:

    • Holds the goods as fiduciary and bailee until payment is made in full.

    • Must store goods separately and ensure they are identifiable to the relevant invoice.

  14. 5.2 Inspection and Recovery Rights

    All Diesel Parts Pty Ltd may enter the customer’s premises during business hours (9:00am–5:00pm) to inspect or recover goods where payment is outstanding.

    The customer indemnifies All Diesel Parts Pty Ltd against any claims arising from lawful entry to recover goods.

    5.3 Default

    If the customer:

    • Fails to pay any amount when due

    • Breaches these terms

    • Becomes insolvent

  15. Then:

    1. All outstanding amounts become immediately due and payable.

    2. Interest will accrue at 10% per annum, calculated daily from the due date.

    3. The customer must reimburse all recovery costs, including legal fees (solicitor-and-own-client basis), collection fees, courier charges, and administrative costs.

    4. All Diesel Parts Pty Ltd may suspend further deliveries.

  16. 5.4 Security Interest

    The customer acknowledges that All Diesel Parts Pty Ltd holds a security interest in all goods supplied under the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (PPSA) and agrees to assist in perfecting that interest if required.

    6. NEW PARTS – TERMS & WARRANTY

    6.1 Warranty Coverage

    All new parts supplied by All Diesel Parts Pty Ltd are covered by a:

    12-Month Warranty (Parts Only)

    Commencing from the date of invoice.

    This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and correct installation.

    6.2 What Is Covered

    • Replacement of defective part (at All Diesel Parts Pty Ltd’s discretion)

    • Repair of the defective part (if applicable)

  17. Warranty remedies are limited strictly to the part supplied.

    6.3 What Is Not Covered

    The warranty does not cover:

    • Labour costs for installation or removal

    • Freight charges

    • Diagnostics

    • Towing

    • Vehicle downtime

    • Loss of income

    • Consequential or indirect loss or damage

  18. 6.4 Warranty Exclusions

    Warranty is void where failure results from:

    • Incorrect installation

    • Improper application

    • Modification or alteration

    • Overheating or overloading

    • Lack of maintenance

    • Use of incorrect lubricants or fluids

    • Accidents or misuse

    • Unauthorized repairs

    • Normal wear and tear

  19. Electrical faults caused by incorrect installation are not covered.

    6.5 Claim Procedure

    To make a warranty claim:

    1. The customer must notify All Diesel Parts Pty Ltd immediately upon discovering the fault.

    2. Use of the vehicle must cease to prevent further damage.

    3. The part must be returned for inspection with the original invoice.

    4. No repairs are to be undertaken without written approval from All Diesel Parts Pty Ltd.

  20. Failure to comply may void the warranty.

    All Diesel Parts Pty Ltd reserves the right to deny claims where conditions have not been met and may recover associated inspection or freight costs.

    7. USED AND RECONDITIONED PARTS WARRANTY

    7.1 Lifetime Parts Warranty (Selected Panels Only)

    Lifetime parts warranty applies only to:

    • Doors

    • Bonnet/Hood

    • Guard/Fender

    • Grille

    • Bumper Reinforcements

    • Bumper Absorbers

    • Boot Lids

    • Tail Gates

  21. This warranty covers the structural integrity of the part only.

    7.2 Reconditioned Parts

    • 12 months parts and labour warranty.

  22. 7.3 Used Parts

    • 3 months parts-only warranty (unless otherwise specified).

  23. 7.4 Mechanical Parts Warranty Void If:

    • Improper installation

    • Overheating

    • Incorrect oil use

    • Poor maintenance

    • Unauthorized repairs

    • Misuse or accident

  24. 7.5 Electrical and Fuel Parts

    • Replacement only (if approved).

    • No refunds.

    • Evidence of tampering voids warranty.

  25. 7.6 Engines and Gearboxes

    • Gearboxes sold on exchange basis.

    • Engines sold as long bare only.

    • Accessories are not covered under warranty.

  26. 8. LIGHTING AND MIRRORS

  27. 12-month warranty applies.

  28. Excludes fading, electrical faults, and globes.
